Hi there,
I want to sign in to my account however I can not recover because the recovery code was sent the the phone number and I wasn't able to get the code? Can you help me on how to log on to my account?

@eli_shiner1 - Hit 'Didn't get the code' and press 'Send as Email.' It will now give you the 2FA code in your email inbox. if you don't have the option, ask CS_Agent to regain access to your account.
