Errors with postal code and payment card

The app keeps telling me my postal code doesn't match my billing address and the site keeps telling me payment failed try a different card or payment method.

The postal code I entered matches exactly as the info in my bank account and the card used is the same one I used to buy the SIM on Amazon.

 

Any ideas? Getting frustrated with this company

Is your postal code of credit card match the area code of your phone number?

Nope, this address has bee around for quite a few years. Been living here 5 years now. Used both the app and two browsers on several occasions no luck. I will try incognito.

Wait an hour and try again using the PM app.  If you are already using the app, then try using Incognito/Private/secret mode on the browser
