I am not sure if my first email worked or not. I can't see if it sent. I will try this again.
Are you able to offer the 29$/month promo to existing customers? Fido has the same promo and I am thinking of switching to them if you are unable to offer the same deal. Is this possible?

I’m a new customer of only 3 days and tried to switch to that $29 plan via CS. The answer was there was nothing they could do, nor did they have the tools to be able to do so.
