hello again I'm back... I am still in the same position as the last time I posted in here 3 weeks ago... so anyways still can't set up my account I literally just tried again and got the message you see in the pic I posted and also I paid the 38.08$ for my plan... someone help me plz I just want my phone plan to start working gaaaaah
