Trying to sign up for a week. Paid the subscription, but keep getting errors with getting service on my phone.
We encountered an error processing your request.
This may be due to a system error, please go back to the previous page and try again. (Error Code: XXX)
Everytime i log in it keep saying, subscription not activated.
Can't get any help through the support tab

Yes, paid already. Deleted app and reinstalled. Same problem. "Subscription not activated..." Have reached out to customer agent.

hi @jj46 paid already?? were you using app to subscribe?? if not, download the app and use the same login and try. Or if you already using app, uninstall and reinstall and try

are you using the required PM app or website to activate the new account ?

@jj46 Have you tried to activate on the app not website ? All activation need the app . If same use this direct link for support
