Hi,
when I click on My Rewards button I get the message “error occurred while loading reward details”.
Any ideas?

Public Mobile Self Serve is always doing strange stuff. If you try later, it'll probably work.

@cemilro, I get the same response on two of my accounts. I don't know why this happens. However, it does not affect the accumulation of rewards. I just cannot see running totals. If it bothers you, you could ask the moderators to look into it. I don't really care unless it interferes with rewards accumulation and usage. The moderator team can be reached via private message using smartforms which is initiated by clicking on the ? on the lower right corner of the webpage or try using this link. The guided process will facilitate documentation of the issue or concern and the required resolution which will be submitted to the moderator team.
