I've tried everything it seems but replace the sim card.
My plan was suspended but thats never an issue in the past when I wanted to dial #611 and add a voucher. With error, I can even get a dial tone.
I need help, cause now I added this voucher in my public account, and it said I successfully added it, but then after it said my subscription ended Jul 1. Like what? ...

How long was your account suspended for? If more than 90 days, your account will be permanently closed.
Can you login in your self service account? Via app? or website? Is your account status active or suspended?

If you are getting No data service notification.
Telus is conducting maintenance on their tower.
Check for outage:

Otherwise reboot your phone and reset your network settings on your phone.

Cannot get a dial tone meant to say..... also... I can't see where funds from the voucher went to...
