I've been trying to activate my SIM card and I keep getting error code XXX on desktop.
The App won't even login.
Please help me.

Try using a different credit card to activate if possible
and remember to try using Incognito mode as well

Yeah, that's kind of not a solution for me at the moment. I've been trying for over an hour, gone ignognito, etc. I've opened a ticket.
I canceled my subscription to FIDO and currently have no phone (this is my work phone). I'm really not happy because I have no service.
Public already took months to send me a SIM card, I had to open a ticket regarding this to. I'm debating just leaving before even starting.

there has been some payment issue in the last couple days
If you are not in a rush, try to wait at least an hour first
When you try to activate again, please use Incognito mode and see if it helps
