Error code 821 showed up while registering and also our credit card was charged but the account didn’t get created. How do we contact the moderator? Or who would be able to help out.

DO NOT try to re-attempt activation. (as PM already charged you)

Put the PM SIM in a phone and check if it connects to PM network and if it can make outgoing calls
Error 821 usually comes up when you request porting and used IMEI as the information for the old provider
you need to open ticket with PM support to sort out the activation as well as provide them the proper porting information
