Error HTTP 404 timeout

Hello,

 

I received my Public Mobile SIM card.

I went to https://activer.publicmobile.ca/ .

I think that the last step I did successfully was after choosing the "Forfait".

Then, I got an error HTTP 404 .

 

In my password manager, I noted my Public Mobile id / password, which does not work

by the way.

 

Your system failed before I could enter my payment information.

 

It is unclear to me what I should do..

Should I redo it with the English form ? (Maybe the French form is broken.)

@sebhtml  Wait 50 minutes for the current session lock to clear and try the activation again. Best to clear your cache and try incognito mode if the problem persists.

First take note Public Mobile has a French forum on the top middle of page if you click"Francais" it will bring you to the French forums.

 

Did you pass the payment section?

 

If yes check if your card was charged.

 

If it was charged put your sim card in your phone it will likely work.

 

If it does work and you were charged go to link below to create your self serve account.

If you were not charged. System locks sim for 50 minutes. Wait one hour, clear internet cookie/history cache open a fresh browser in incongnito mode and try again.

 

Don't forget a referral code for a $10 sign up bonus. If you used one and were charged and service works the credit will be applied within 72 hours.

 

*** If you weren't charged you can try the English activation. Try in incognito mode. However it may say card is "invalid" which means you'll have to wait an hour before next attempt.
