Hello,
It seems the create a support ticket is not working as i have tried multiple options and it comes back with an error. Im trying to get some help with my account in the terms of MFA. My phone died last week, and I had to setup a replacement. I purchased a new sim and its activated, calls/texts are fine, just MFA from my bank not working.
