Error 820 on activation, attempt again and now M.8701

Good Morning, 

Signed up for the promo, was billed although during activation received a 820 at the end advising to post in the community, due to latency after many attempts I was never able to login. Attempted again this morning and was welcomed by the continue activation attempted to add payment again and received a M.8701.

I had same problem. My credit card was charged and I submitted a ticket and no response.

Esim was requested, after completing payment received a 820. Email received "welcome to public mobile" listing plan and order details although no QR code in email. My credit card was charged, when I log in it asks to continue the actication process followed by request for payment form. When attempt to submit payment again it returns error M.8701/ When attempting through app it goes to step three where I select continue with esim but peach bubbles com up and nothing. 

Cannot open through the CS as it asks for a sim card number or to choose N/A if esim. No drop down to select N/A and will not accept character input in field. How do I proceed?

hi @ks24 so, you dont have any service now?

issue could be  because of the high volume of activation

Test your sim card if you are using physical sim.   But if esim, did you get a welcome email? if you did, scan the QR code there to install

if same, please submit ticket with CS agent for further help
