I understand if I want my complete payment history, I need to submit a ticket.
I'm trying to sumbit a ticket, but it won't get me past my nickname. No matter what I enter, it says I can do it later but it won't let me past, so I cannot submit a ticket.
Any solutions?

you can easily download 12 months of payment history yourself. But if you want more ,message support agent here

Here is how. Just know that CS Agents can only go back 1 full year.
