Tried to register a community name and it automatically auto corrected to a different name. Now what ?

I have already and refreshed a few times ----- and to add insult to injury I just got this

A few hours ago I ported from FIZZ - my account page shows active and all info is correct - my payment was taken etc. HOWEVER my number is not active - the only way I can login is by email. I'm in trouble because now I can't even access my banking and other services requiring 2 factor authentication ---CS won't respond --- I'm in big trouble and curse the day I tried to switch to PM.    From all the complaints on this thread it's obvious that maybe they need a new team of computer science persons.  I'm really worried and have wasted hours on this situation.

PM is an online service so everything is  done through Chat or dm an agent.

PM is not for everyone that is not technically mind or not familiar with all the settings on their phone.

Did you reset the Network setting to see if that works?

This is bad bad - so sorry I switched to PM - Tried to initiate a ticket and get this message ---There seems to be an error submitting the ticket --- what gives with this company?

Unfortunately you will have to wait for a response under your message inbox for an agent to reply back. Depending how busy they are. It may take up to 4 hours. 
Meanwhile reset the Network setting and reboot your phone and see if that works.

Wow what a mess- what have I done by porting to PM?

My account  page shows that my account is active but my number doesn’t work. I’m able to only login to my account by email. I asked CS for help but non response . Now what ???? I need my number for all my banking etc two factor authentication.

you can use the orange chat bubble bottom right of screen  or send  a  private message   To CS_Agent
