Only agent can do that for you:
To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:

Ticket has to be opened through chatbot - https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

@NewmanCat05 , if you want to change the email address associated with your self serve account, you will need to use the chatbot link to initiate a support ticket. Unfortunately this is not a self serve function.
