To change your email on this Community, click your icon top right then My Profile>Private Stats.

To change the email on your Self Serve account, only a CS_Agent can do that for you.

If it is email for  Community account, you can easily change it yourself at My Setting on the top right

 

If it is My Account related, then open PM  CS Agent could help (If you have changed email in My Account, make sure the email in Community Account matches, they have to be the same for PM to apply Community reward)

 

To open ticket with PM CS Agent to change email address,   Click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

  1. type: Change username
  2. Click " Forgot Self-Serve Email"
  3. Click "Contact Us"
  4. Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  5. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):

If you mean for your self-serve, you need to contact the Customer Support Agents.

 

There are 2 ways to reach them:

 

  1. Create a support ticket by clicking  here , then type Support Ticket, then select Contact Us, then select the topic that more closely matches your requestThen click  Click here to submit a ticket , or,
  2. Send a private message to them by clicking here  

 

You’ll see their reply in your Community private mailbox in the envelope to the left of your avatar.

 

EDIT:  If you mean for your Community account, click on your avatar upper right, go down to My Profile, and you can do that there.   It's a good idea for both your self-serve and Community e-mail to be the same.
