Do you know if you even registered for a Self Serve account? You may not have i you activated in-store or with CCS.

You can try to use Forgot Password link and guess the email you might have used. If you got the correct one, it will move to Step 2 , but you still need to answer a security question after
if you are really unable to reset it that way., open ticket with PM using Chatbot
click on the Bubble on the lower right or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Follow these these to get to ticket open page quicker:
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):

You will have to contact CSA. Get ready to provide bunch of personal info when asked to authenticate your identity.
Send them private message as per link provided in another post. Response time is 1-2 hours or less (if they like you 😋).

Try putting public mobile in your search feature of all of the email addresses you have access to.
