Hi there,
I'm trying to use the Email to SMS Bridge that Telus + all Telus MVNOs have: (number)@mms.mb.telus.com.
This works fine if I'm emailing it myself, but when I try to use that email for certain services (particularly my library), I find I'm not receiving messages.
Does anyone know if Telus/PM does any spam filtering on incoming emails to their bridge?
Thanks.

You should limit the emails to standard SMS format - plaintext, no emotes or images, no special chars, 160-char max limit. And just submit the sender, recipient, message body - no subject line or CC/etc which might confuse the SMSC machinery.

They may be blocking your library if that is indeed the only one thinking it's spam. Perhaps you can try putting the email address into your contact list on your phone, reboot and then try the links below again.
If all else fails, you can reach out to a CS Agent for further advice.

Thanks for all of the different domains, but they all have the same effect.

Send email to ##########@msg.telus.com
Worked for my gmail to my number, worked for friend's email to my number, worked for my gmail and my hotmail to a friend's (referral's) number. We were sitting in the same room, no long distance complications involved lol.

hi @thecynic
I don't think Telus has any filter
but you sure you are sending email to sms without any special characters? Any subject line? try with or without
