I received this email on my account. Logged in by computer and everything is blank. Log in using phone and everything looks gone…says “subscription on”. SO….., I have absolutely no idea what is going on or what to do. Can someone call me?

Please note that Public Mobile is experiencing a system failure in which resulted in an unauthorized email with incorrect information on it which leads the customer to believe there are issues with their accounts resulting in mass confusion. As long as your services are working like making and receiving calls, text messaging and data, please disregard this email. Here is the thread to read.

it was just a glitch that PM sent out the wrong email. If your service is working, then no worry, just ignore the message
