Email not working to log onto account

I’m trying to log into my account, but it’s indicating it’s the wrong email. Who do I rectify this?

Try to remember which email did you use; try all potential email you have.

But account have to be active and not cancelled/deleted. Log in will work if it is suspended, though...

Is your account still active? or suspended within 90 days or did you ported your number out?

Account suspended for over 90 days or ported out already will be closed and hence cannot login any more

 

If your account is active, or suspended less than 90 days, you can open ticket with PM support and have them to sort out the login issue

hi if you forgot your email or pasword you  need to contact a customer service agent to help reset

2. alternatively you can private message them here                               

           check your community envelope for a reply
