If you are unable to access your self-serve account due to login credentials and two-factor authentication issues, contact customer support to get the email address updated.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, send a private message to them by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar, or tap your Avatar down in Messages.

@Giolema You should still be able to log in with the email address you used for that purpose as it just functions as a user ID. Or do you need the 2FA sent by email instead of by text message?
