Email Not Reconized

For my other account with PM the login screen does not recognize my .services  as a valid email.  I already created my account and could log in last year.  This year the email in not considered valid.  I tried forgot password and when I click on the link I am emailed to my .services account it still not recognized as a valid email.  How do I log onto my account?

Please advise

I tried forgot email and it had the same issue.

PM is one email for only one account, so you much have used 2 e-mail for the 2 accounts 

if you cannot figure out the e-mail to login the 2md account, please ask agent to help 

please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

@Hala4567890 - Have you tried "Forgot Email?" option, it will ask for your phone number then send a 6 digit code to your email.

Also try incognito / secret / private mode or try logging in on another device.
