I've not seen this one before!
When I try to login (since the website update with 2fa turned on) the site says i have to receive an email and I click the button but it never arrives to my gmail.
My gmail and login are: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
I need to get my CC updated so how am I to login in this case?

@rdnfsthirteen Once the account is suspended then yes you'll only see email as an option for the 2FA. You don't have more than one email account?

You can consider getting payment vouchers at Shell Gas station or Walmart, then dial 611 to add them to your account.
Deal with hincky website issue later.

REMOVE your email from public forum, please.
Maybe there is delay in email traffic. Some systems are very slow sending 2FA through email.
Can you receive 2FA as SMS?

@rdnfsthirteen hi did you check your junk file?you shouldnt share personal info here you are on a public forum anyone can see, click the down arrow and remove your email top right in your post

Please try to have the code to send to your phone number
Also, if you have access to a laptop or desktop, please access My Account there to make update to your CC, there had been some issue with payment page when accessing from phone or tablet

Have them send 2FA to your cell phone number. Then log in on laptop.
