Another great option is to go to Shell Gas station or Walmart and get payment vouchers for your plan costs...then dial 611 from your cell phone to apply the vouchers.
Sorry, but there isn't any way to link a bank account to your Public Mobile account for payments. You could use a Visa/Mastercard debit, but that isn't done from your bank's side.
