ESim not working

Just signed up with Public mobile and chose ESim and data is not available. Help

Thanks for the help. Turns out my iPhone wasn’t compatible with Esim so I had to pick up a SIM card.

@Viking99 , I don’t know what phone you have so my instructions may be incorrect.

In cellular settings make sure that ‘Turn On This Line’ (for iPhone ) is selected. (I am not positive where the setting is on a different phone to turn it on, possibly ‘Turn on your eSIM under Mobile Network’), reboot your phone.

Did you turn the esim on to be the active service?

@Viking99  Have you rebooted the phone or tried resetting network settings ? If still no luck please submit ticket with support to help
