I have been trying to install my ESIM, the installation has failed. I have retried installing it the 3 times allowed and it still hasn't worked. i have gone through the list and nothing else has worked. now i am stuck in SOS.

@AJLB - Sounds like a provision error. Have you tried restarting your phone, or going into the eSIM in your settings and attempting to select the network labeled "Public Mobile" "Koodo" or "Telus"?
Otherwise you would need to contact an agent.

if you use the app, it have installed the eSIM for you already.
can you double check if the PM eSIM is already showing up on your Sim Manager or Settings-> Ceulluar?
if yes, then you need to manually enable it
but if it is not there you will need to ask PM support agent to help, you can submit ticket by direct message:
