I just signed up with public mobile, I cannot seem to log into my app on my phone that I want to use. It keeps asking me for my six digit code in my email. I punch it in, but then it kicks me back to the beginning of login again. I have cleared my cachet. I have deleted and re-downloaded the app I have reset my phone. I have checked to make sure my VPN is off. I am still unable to get in. Can anyone give me any pointers on what I’m doing wrong. If I take a different phone and login then it works, but I don’t wanna use a different phone to use my Public Mobile and I need to activate my eSIM on the phone that I’m wanting to use it for. Help!

is your PM service all working? especially with inbound calls? if you cannot receive inbound calls, the port was not completed and you won't be able to receive 2FA to login
