After your Port in/SIM Swap is complete go into the Cellular/SIM Managment settings of your device and Turn on the new e-SIM that you installed if it isn't on already.
You can also remove your old Deactivated SIM Card from your device once its lost reception.
It just updated and I see you got it resolved, glad to hear it. 👍

I am able to find the installed eSIM and turned it on. Now my phone is working.
