Has anyone ever managed to get the free ESIM? Website (under help) clearly says replace ESIM is a $0 charge for existing clients but for some reason they billed me the $5 for it
Already emails the customer service just wondering if this is another bug / issue

@Godzillaz The system should have been smart enough to recognize your already has eSIM and credit you back at check out , but since it didn’t and you already submitted ticket to support they will certainly give the the credit back for it as eSIM should only have to be bought once . But

hi @Godzillaz
yes, replacement esim is free, just the system not coded correctly. What you need to do is that buy it first, and ask PM for reimbursement.
