I have recently added an account for an APPLE WATCH. PUBLIC MOBILE accepted the watch IMEI and even showed a photo of an Apple Watch and then it accepted payment for this Apple Watch eSim $19 per month plan. NOW I am aware they do not support Apple Watch so I want to cancel. I NEED HELP FROM PUBLIC MOBILE ACTUAL SUPPORT because Accessing my account is currently impossible, because it is trying to send a 6-digit code to the new phone number which I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO!!! Since PUBLIC has NO proper support lines that I can access, I am stuck, and unable to cancel the account on my own or even send in a ticket to contact support. Kindly EMAIL ME!

How do ask PM support to cancel the account and provide refund - If I cannot even log in? It is trying to send a 6-digit code to the phone number, but that number is not activated on any device -- so my only option is to message on this public message board.

the PM esim does not work on Apple watch. The watch needs a carrier that support its and PM is not one of them. You need to go with Telus if you want to activate for Apple watch
you will need to ask PM support to cancel the account and provide refund.
