I loaded $30 (image 1), and it says "payment successful" (image 2), but when I go back to the homepage, it still says I only have $9 (what I had already left over from this month's payment) so nothing loaded (image 3).
How can I resolve this?? Please help! Thanks!

@hairbag1 No the renewal payment went through a couple hrs ago. And the weird thing is at 8am, I was able to load 1 of the 3 vouchers I had.
But the other two are not loading:

looks like today was the day that your regular plan was to renew itself. Log in to your account > Payments > scroll down to View Payment History....see if your account renewed successfully using those voucher funds.

Click the orange bubble on lower right side of page to start the process of contacting Customer Support...see if they can help. Watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond.

This is on desktop. I have tried incognito mode and logging in and out of my account multiple times.

I have tried now with Firefox, Chrome and Edge. All in incognito mode. On every platform, it shows "successful payment" but then I go back to homepage and it shows $9.

Swipe down on the screen on the phone to refresh the page.

could be just known cache issue. I'd suggest using web version but clear cache files and try a different browser...I use Firefox without probs. See if that helps.
