I need to put my eSIM number on to my SIM card as I have a new phone and need to keep my number? How do I do this

hi @Dannniboi you don't need to do anything to have your number off your old phone.
once you changed to the physical sim card, the esim on the old phone would no longer works. If the physical sim card is working (can make and receive calls and data works) , then you can delete the esim from the old phone

Hey @Dannniboi Does your new phone allow for eSIM? If so, all you have to do is download the Public Mobile app, log in and purchase a new eSIM. Then when you add it to the cart, it will be $5. However, when you get to the checkout, it will be free. However, if you're wishing to use a physical SIM card, just log into your account and use this link to change the SIM card number. Triple check to make sure it's accurate before saving. Once saved, turn off the phone, insert the SIM card and reboot.

Once you either purchased a new eSIM or change the SIM card number on your profile, your phone number automatically follows.
