My phone restarted while the E SIM was Installing on my phone. So now my account. Is partially activated but I do not have my e sim which I paid for already.

Please try to reboot your phone first
then try to Reset all networks
If that does not work, please submit ticket to CS agent at: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

@Dannhb1968 First try to reboot the phone and reset network setting see if that helps , otherwise contact support
