E sim would not activate and Qr code says it is no longer valid. What do I do?

Unfortunately, from past experiences with other customers, you will likely need to purchase a physical SIM card. Customer service agent unable to generate another eSIM for you. Keep your receipt and Public mobile will usually reimburse the cost of the physical SIM card.
Quickest way to get SIM card is to purchase from Telus and Koodo corporate stores. Otherwise Amazon does offer prime shipping.

Please reach out to a CS Agent and tell them what happened. I'm not sure if they are able to re issue you one or you may have to pay for another one. I would suggest considering a physical SIM card instead. One can be purchased off of Amazon for $4.99
