I mistakenly made 2 payments on June 30 so I did not expect to be charged in August as there would be sufficient funds in my account. But on July 30 I see a charge on my visa for August. Please investigate and let me know if you need more info. Thanks Beth

I assume you did manual payment in June?
After making payments in June, did you actually see amounts on My Account?
If you had excess amount on your account those funds should used first before card is charged as top-up.

Check from June's transaction and see what are showing, maybe post us screenshot and we can help further

@MBeth Is one charge just pending ? If so it should fall off . If both charges are posted . Please submit ticket with support for credit / refund
