Hi, I accidentally deleted my eSIM before confirming my account. When I try to log in on mobile, it sends a confirmation code that I obviously don't receive. How do I purchase a new eSIM?

I think all roads lead to support. You have no sim, you can't receive texts, the email option is unavailable.
I'm not even sure an account can be created in the US, but maybe, once you have a sim card.

@Moe5 I am not sure if Amazon.ca can ship to US, or it might not be free shipping if they do
For the login issue, you might want to wait an hour and try again, or message support for help

I'll try shipping from amazon! After I enter the code wrong 4 times I just get locked out with no option for email. I think it's because I have to 'confirm my identity' still for full access

Try these workarounds, it could bypass the SMS in linking My Account with EverSafe ID

@Moe5 Where it says send code tap resend it few times or put in wrong code even . After couple tries it should give option to send that code to email instead

Have you paid anything yet? I suspect so. That screen to enter the code, do you see the did not get code link and did you click it and did you get an email option?
But also at this point you will need to have a sim card on hand. Then contact support as provided.

@Moe5 Sorry e sim only for news activations . Not existing customers . For now at least . Since you deleted eSIM you will need to get a physical SIM card from calling around to local Telus Koodo store for availability . Or order from Amazon . Then log into your my account go to profile page and SIM card swap the number . To keep phone number and plan
