My monthly account expires on the 5th. I just got a notification that it will expire on the 3rd of next month (August) without payment. Why has it been moved to the 3rd? I've always paid in the fourth.

A lot of people seem to assume this, but if you take a look at your transaction history you will see the little differences in dates depending on the month

HI @bb6640 Unlike other providers which is on monthly cycle , PM runs on a 30 day cycle.

@bb6640 PM is on 30 days cycle. So, the monthly start date will shift after a 31 days month
Your next couple expiry dates will be:
August 3
Sept 2
Oct 2
Nov 1
Dec 1
Dec 31 (this is a weird month, you will get 2 renewals on the same month)
Jan 30
Mar 1 (you grain this time, no renewal on Feb at all)
Mar 31 (2 days in the same month again)...

For a need to know basis.
1. Build an excel program to produce payment dates based on you start date plus 30 days.
2. Find a web site that offers the same.
