Dual eSIMs in an iPhone causing issues.

I live in Canada. I use an iPhone 14 Pro Max. Before I left on an international trip, I had 2 eSims installed

Canadian company 1 was set as my primary phone line to use when sending messages and calling contacts and creating new contacts. I only have a pay as you go plan associated with that account.

Canadian company 2 provided calling as you go plus data every month.

I had it set up that  I could switch from the #1 company to the #2 company to use a different phone number when messaging/calling a contact is that’s what I wanted to o do.   I don’t remember how I achieved this configuration.

Recently I went on an international vacation. So I shut down both Canadian eSIMs and set up an Airiola eSIM for where I was travelling. When I returned, I shut off the foreign eSIM and reactivated the 2 Canadian eSIMs

Since then, Siri and the messaging app have been very wonky. I want to go back to where I started before I left Canada. Where should I start troubleshooting?  Or would the easiest thing to do would just to do a full restore on my iPhone?

make sure the foreign esims are disabled.  Also, check VPN screen, those esim sometimes installed a VPN profile and you need to disable or delete them

then Reset Network Settings
