How do i go about finishing the sim card activation without an app, Drone has no key pad

hi  @DroneMe 

you can use the web to activate and get to the payment step

After you made the payment, you are asked to use the app to complete the step. At that time, you can message PM support agent and they can help with the rest of the activation step, mainly about choosing phone numbe/porting

i have another smart phone But, its also PM without the app, its a 10+ year old number and account

@DroneMe  you could ask a friend to download to their phone while complete, the activation. They can delete after successfully completed.

Or you can message public mobile and ask if they are able to assist you.
