Hi – I transferred to Rogers a few months ago but my account is still active. I am able to log in but nothing load.
I'm trying to retrieve my past bills / invoices, is this something someone on support can help with

Yep! CS was able to escalate my case. Took some time but eventually got an email with all the PDFs attached
