Double payment

@ My bank records indicate I have been double charges for April.

How do I correct this as it shows the balance is $0 on my account.

@Constancegiroux  - are these recent transactions you are seeing on your card provider detailed info.?

 

Credit cards companies can show both Pending and Authorized/Approved charges. Sometimes there are multiple Pending charges showing during activations or renewals, but when the payment gets authorized, the incorrect amounts will fall away, then the real one will stay.

 

If these end up being Authorized/Approved charges and the extra funds are not showing in your Available funds area, then contact Public Mobile Customer Support Representatives (CSA) by methods provided by @hTideGnow

That is unfortunate because at the very least the extra payment is usually in available balance, but it seems like this month that hasn't been the case quite a bit. Probably easiest to get a CSA to just put in in your available balance so you don't have to get your card charged for a renewal again until Juneish

Hi @Constancegiroux PM had problem on April 1st.  I think you were one of those affected.   Please open a ticket with CS Agent

 at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

 

First type: Contact CS Agent
Then Click "Contact Us"
and Click "Other"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"


you will then direct to another page to open ticket.


After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):

Log in to your account and look at Payment History...see if you were actually charged X 2.

Did you manually pay for anything in April ?
