Double/duplicate charge on sign-up

Hi,

I was double charged on signup during the Black Friday sale event.  The website was crashing all night which I believe was the culprit.  I have filed a dispute with my credit card company which is pending,  and also tried submitting a ticket with PM but that doesn't seem to be working.  Can a moderator please look into this?  The charge doesn't show up in my transactions list in the PM portal, but is there on my credit card statement.

Thanks a lot!  I thought it would fall off as a pending charge but it actually posted on my last statement.  I’m getting 404 errors when trying to submit a ticket so will PM the CS agents via you link 🙂

@Rzak  if pending and not posted , pending charge should fall off . But I would  Submit ticket with support
