I was charged two time in August 2021. One is CAD 31.66 on Aug 14,2021, I think this is normal charged for my using plan, another on is CAD40.29 on Aug 18,2021, this charged is confused. Please help to check what happened.

So yes it does appear you have been charged somebody else's plan charge. When you contact customer support supply the date, time and amount of the charge and the merchant transaction #. You may need to call your credit company to get the specific transaction info. You can mention that you will be disputing the transaction with the merchant (pm) but supplying this info to the CSA will cut down on the time they have to spend searching for the account that the erroneous charge came from and will speed up the refund being processed to your account.

@lanwu yes, they likely from PM. Please login to My Account and check the transactions history and see what it says for the charge on both days Kindly share the screenshot

I was charged CAD31.36 on Aug 14,2021 and CAD40.29 on Aug 18,2021. All these charged were from pm. So I am sure I was charged two times in the same month.

I just have one pm number, I am using the plan is 30/m, so the charged of CAD40.92 is incorrect. Usually I should be charged one time per month, but I was charged two times in Ausgust.

Good catch. ATM, Oracle cannot remove/edit tag in a post. We reported to PM to allow Oracle to edit or remove tag before.

First please remove the tag from your post. Both you and the community do not need that kind of info out on the public forum. But now that I do know to your tax rate your numbers are a little off for pm. Can you check that they are both charges from pm? And confirm which or if both show in your transaction history with ccorresponding dates? Does anyone else have an account with pm that uses your card?

It looks like you changed your plan in the same month?
If you could provide a screenshot of your transactions we might figure out what is going on.
BUT, as long as funds show on your account (at PM) youwill be OK as these funds will be used on next renewal.

@lanwu did you check Transaction History at My Account? it should have entries on both days. Those entries make sense? or send post the screenshot and we can try to help
Also, what is the Available Fund showing on My Account? Did you make any Plan Change in August?

sign in to Self-Serve, to review your account, if you found at Available Funds: $ ? has the amount left, leave it for next bill cycle the will take it from there automatically,
