Hi, I just bought a Samsung galaxy A12 and I often cant get in coming texts and calls.
anyone know why?

IF the issue persists if you change your SIM card into another compatible Public Mobile device, than contact CSA and inquire about this.

There have been some network glitches, but can often be from a porting/transfer request that hasn't been completed yet. I notice your account isn't "new" so would it be safe to assume that your phone was working up until this point? Did you by chance initiate a porting/transfer request for a phone number?

@Lisa420 did you just have the issue this week, if so, likely it is not your issue but PM issue. Many users have similar issue last week
Make sure your phone is getting the latest OS update as well as all apps are update to date via Google Play Store or Apple App Store
Then try this:
1. reboot phone
2. network reset of phone
3. Try to change the network to 3G Only
3. If you have a second phpnoe, try to put the SIM card in that other phone. If working, then retry SIM in your original phone
If tried all these but still fails, you might need to contact Customer service agent (CSA) to see whether account provision issue.
