Double charge

I changed my plan and was charged, the actual plan and the old plan amount. How Can i get a refund ?

hi @ElinaldaLuzia 

did you select "Change Now" when you made a plan change  If so, it is not double charged but an expected behaviour.  With Change Now, PM will start the new plan now and hence you will get charged even your "old" cycle is not done

we heard that PM support might be able to help, you can try to check with them.
