Hi!  I didn’t get an email, nor did my eSIM download to my cell.  I am stuck in pergatory

hi @RyanRW 

did you check the sim card manager?  the app should install the esim for you.  Check Sim Manager or Settings-> Cellular

if not there, you can ask PM support agent to help, you can submit  ticket by direct message:
