How can I change my subscription to a cheaper plan?

it is possible but the cheaper plan options depends on your current plan
login My Account, click Change Subscription and check what plans available for you
You can check the app and see if there are any cheaper plans. Public does not make it easy to downgrade your plan (offers can be targeted), so if none are available or interest you, you are out of luck (unless you port out and port in)
