Double charge

Hi 

 

I had updated my cc and updated the plan for more data but now I see two of the same charges on my credit card ? Can you advise ?

maybe one of them just a pending charge? 

Check Payment history on My Account, as long as you see one transaction, you are good

but if you see two, ask PM support agent to check and fix.  

submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

@Indira_para  Was one of the charges reversed  already by chance? If not, open a ticket using the orange chat bubble and PM can investigate for you. Hope this helps
