maybe one of them just a pending charge?
Check Payment history on My Account, as long as you see one transaction, you are good
but if you see two, ask PM support agent to check and fix.

@Indira_para Was one of the charges reversed already by chance? If not, open a ticket using the orange chat bubble and PM can investigate for you. Hope this helps
