Hello! I am very disappointed with the PB referral program. On Saturday, August 9, 2025, I tried to register a friend in PB as a new customer, and guess what? I opened a file in her name and tried to take a $ 20 plan. For 3-4 hours there were messages that there was a problem with the connection and try again later. She got tired of numerous attempts, she went to the plaza and registered with the Chatr company, and I turned out to be a scammer. I am very unhappy with this service and ask for moral - point compensation !

and why did this happen? the system should work like clockwork and the guilty should be punished severely, otherwise many do not want to work well

this is bad because it was a problem with the fire safety, within 3-4 hours, in all fairness there should have been compensation

Sorry, but as activation wasn't completed, no points have been earned for referring someone. In the end, it's your friend who was having a service issue and it's your friend who might have been able to get something if your friend became a customer.
