I changed my phone plan and set the auto-renewal. However, it's charged my credit card double on my payment. How could I get back the double charge amount?? I can't find the remaining balance on my account. Please help

@KKLam168 did you used the Change Now or Change on Renewal option when you made the plan change?? Did you check the Payment history and confirmed PM took the 2 plan charges??
